TV Series

I`ve got say, that having watched the first four episodes I`ve been very impressed with Kane Robinson who plays Sully.

Considering that he was a rapper first and actor second ( same as Ashley Walters ) the lads got a real talent and I similar to Walters I can see some decent part coming his way in the future
Badly cliche shows these, capable of much better content that the usual ‘London blud’ typecast he consistently plays

He’s a very talented MC too. Thought Kano was brilliant in the first two seasons but he’s improved a great deal. The way he shows his emotion is brilliant. Though Bashy who plays Jermaine shown good acting ability. Dave isn’t a bad actor either. Really enjoyed it so far. 8th episode in and been very enjoyable.

The relationship between Sully and Jason was so well done too

The girl who plays Dushanes bird is also a rapper, she's pretty talented.

Lots of rappers seem to be able to transition to acting (with varying degrees of success...). I guess being good with words helps.

What is also terrifying about it, is how quickly the rational, educated and decent public bought into the horrific brutality and extremism.

Whilst you`re watching it, you find yourself thinking that under the right / wrong conditions this could deffo happen again in a so called First World country.

The BBC already did this show 20 years ago in much more depth. It was called The Nazis: A warning from history and was absoulutely excellent.

Smashed through the whole season yesterday and today. Definitely one of the best shows I've ever watched.

Finished it last night.

It started off ropey ( in Jamaica) but then got better and better.

Some real standout performances - Kano as Sully in particular.

Possibly one of the best things that’s ever been done on British telly.

The brutality and violence will put a lot of people off though.

Outstanding and 100% there has to be another, as this will win lots of awards.

5 episodes into top boy . It’s the best British show in recent times . It’s up there with a lot of the HBO / Sky Atlantic stuff .

It builds and builds for the final episode that’s all I’ll say ;)

I agree 100% with what you say about it being brilliant.

Netflix have really lifted it into iconic status.

It’s the British Gomorrah and that’s praise indeed.
