Finished watching - The First last night ( 8/8 ).

Drama about the prep for a future manned mission to Mars.

It’s incredibly well put together, superb cast and Sean Penn is exceptional ( he really has become a fine actor ), but it’s incredibly slow.
Oh and a beautiful almost Vangelis like soundtrack.

If you like real “ thinking stuff “ then this is for you.

I know it’s a book, but I’d thought I’d post this in here, due to it only really being of interest to anyone who’s watched both series of Making a Murderer.

Wrecking Crew - joins the dots from both series of Making a Murderer up to present day.

Massive hatchet job on the police and judiciary involved in the case and anyone who isn’t convinced about Avery and Dassey’s innocence should read this book.

This is far from over and if I was the Police involved in this, I’d be off to a country with no extradition treaty !!

Yeah I thouroughly enjoyed it. Superb production and casting. I thought the series was just as much about the human relationship struggle between Penn and his daughter as it was about the mission to Mars.

Sean Penn was excellent - he is such an accomplished actor, but as you said it was slow and heavy in places but hats off overall, a great watch!

I must be one of the few people who had never watched Luther until yesterday. Watched the whole of series one and thought it was brilliant. It got better and better as the series progressed with the last two episodes being the highlight.
