I`d be a big fan of Idris being the next James Bond.

It`d just be a better dressed, with a better motor version of his Luther character lol

He's to old for the role imo. I know that Connery was in his mid 50's by the time he did his last Bond but we was only 32 when he originally filmed Dr No. Elba is 46 and would be 47 by the time the film was released. They should be looking for somebody to play Bond for at least three films and I just think it's to late for Elba.

I think he`s deffo in the running, as he`s similar to Connery in that he hasn`t lost his " appeal " as he`s got older.

Anyone been watching Fortitude?

We are on Season 3 and its such a different experience than a lot of shows out there. A bit surreal, a bit out there but definitely watchable.

I watched the first series. Stunning scenery and strong performances from the main cast, but, I just felt that the storyline wasn't particularly strong. Haven't watched any of the later series. Does it get better?

It gets pretty F@#'ked up. Storylines start to mingle and yeah, I think it gets pretty intense.

Aussie Gold Hunters is a good watch at the minute, think it's on some random channel like Spike or Quest, worth a watch to see angry Australians robbing gold off each others plots.

There are a couple of doubters on here, but the majority agree that it`s possibly one of the best things that`s ever been on telly.

Watch it alone, without any distractions and be prepared to stay up until the small hours - " I`ll just watch one more and then I`ll go to bed " lol

Just thought I’d let you know that I finally got around to watching True Detective, both series.
Series 2 was pretty good, maybe tried to be a little too complex for its own good, but still good viewing. I’ve never liked Colin Farrell or Vince Vaughn as actors but I think I’ve changed my opinion of them - particularly Farrell who was great.
Series 1 though was terrific....one of the best tv series I’ve seen. The pairing of Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey was inspired. Don’t think I’ve seen better acting performances from a pair of lead actors before.
