Watching it now, so far so good.

The book was a best seller, but didn’t do it for me.

What did you think of the sinner it gets better every episode......

It`s better than the book, as the book is overly complicated with red herrings all over the place.

This sort of series normally doesn`t work when they move it from the original country ( Germany ) to another ( USA ) as stuff gets lost in translation, but this has worked.

I don`t know how they can do a second series though ?

It`s better than the book, as the book is overly complicated with red herrings all over the place.

I don`t know how they can do a second series though ?

It's not based on the first one - just uses the same detective going back to his home town, very very good worth watching deffo...
On The Last Kingdom now which has been switched from BBC to Netflix got every episode seem 4 so far it's as good if not better than the Vikings imo

I`ve watched a couple - the Noonans > Manchester and Adams > London and they`ve haven`t been bad, due to no dreadful interviews with " friends and family "

So there`s non of the usual - " he was no angel, but ..... " bollox.

Reporting on the facts, rather than conjecture.

I should imagine the " Fitzies " will be quite hard to do, as all they were a very closed shop.

Season 2 is my favourite.

Perfectly cast and faultless writing, with two all time great baddies - Mike Milligan and Hanzee Dent.

Just brilliant in every way.

That was my least favourite for some reason. 1 + 3 were epic.

Could`ve put that together myself.

Just finished series 2 - the Deuce.

It`s just as good as the first series, but maybe a little slower and a bit deeper.

Fantastic sets and superb acting really bring 70`s New York to life.

I can understand why some would find it a bit dull, as there are episodes where pretty much nothing happens.
