Two episodes in and it`s all a bit meh.

The 1st series is quite slow,but it does get a lot better,I prefer it to TWD but its not to everyones taste

Hope so. Not a patch on The Walking Dead so far - I was hooked on that well before the third episode. This has been really slow and they haven’t made enough of the opportunity to really show us ‘the start’ IMO, but I’ll stick with it, based on what others have said and the fact I love TWD.

Just cleared season 3 of "Preacher". Cracking show packed with oddball characters, extreme OTT (parodic) violence and profanity. I read the graphic novels yeeeeears ago and enjoyed them, the show deviates from the original story somewhat but is better for it, offering something even stranger. Great cast as well. Nobody seems to be paying it much attention which is a shame, I find it daring and unique.

Started "Black Sails" the other night as well. Visually great... Only watched the pilot and it seemed promising.

Will get around to "Vikings"...eventually.. just not enough hours in the week to keep up with all the shows these days... TV is terrific nowadays with so much choice.

Watching Sharp Objects at the moment. Small American town murder mystery, so I was always going to love it, but very good performance from Amy Adams and a slow moving but very interesting story.

Watched the final episode of this last night. Very slow moving and nearly gave up on it a couple of times. Glad I didn't as thoroughly enjoyed it in the end with Amy Adams being particularly outstanding.

Always fancied Keeley Hawes too, ever since she appeared in Spooks. I like her sexy, uptight Home Secretary in this. Fit.

It quite intense which I like, the opening scene and the school scene especially, something that i rarely see in British drama

Got a feeling it’s going to nose dive into realms of utter stupidity, which would be a shame
