Just started watching it.

Series two has carried on seamlessly from series one.

It's just so good.

Finished up Stranger Things. Nowhere near as good as the first season, however, it was never going to be. The first had everything and I just felt like the second tried to hard to recreate the better moments of season one. Thought it was a bit dull until the final 4 episodes which really took it to another level, the 'junkyard' scene with Steve and the kids is probably the single greatest of the entire series so far - pure intensity.

I'm sorry but I can't agree.

I've only watched four episodes so far, but season one and season two have blended so seamlessly together, that you'd never know there had ever been a break.

The reason it's " dull " ( which I don't agree with ) is that they're building and developing the plot lines.

Season one wasn't fast paced either.

Anyone seen the news about Lord of the Rings potentially getting an Amazon series. Don't know how I feel about that tbh. LOTR Is one of my favourite books and I love the films but I can't deny that if be interested in the idea of a series as there's so much amazing material that the films simply didn't have time for. I always thought it was better suited to series then film to if I'm honest. The problem I've got with it is I don't see how they could possibly top the films and I'd rather they made a series based on Joe Abercrombie's first Law world as it would be totally different yet brilliant.

Everton buy an Ent ; he's good in the air y'know.
