My good lady likes that - I cant stand it as she hints for a canal holiday - when I was in Northwich we were in a country pub by a lock on a hot day having a meal & a pint outside & a canal boat ouple to almost an hour to use the lock - so boring - you only see the highlights - it looked very hard work & boring to me -Two new episodes every Monday

Its like that series one man & his dog - highlights again - went to one 5 hours it took - one border collie ran out & totally disappeared up a hill
The owner took ages with help to find the dog as They cost a fortune a working sheep dog
- Again nothing like the highlights on that once popular show ....

Quite appeals to me Joey, the slow pace, the peace and quiet, the canal side pubs.
All those locks don’t do it for me though
