Question about The Night Manager S2 - can you just watch it, or do you at least need a refresher of S1 first? I can’t remember a single thing about S1…

Definitely need a refresher to remember the characters

Looking around Prime I found Liverpool 1
Enjoying the Liverpool scenes,quite a few places I remember well. I used to work for Mersey TV so nice to see a few of the old Brookside cast involved. Some funny dialogue,my favourite is...She:"Where's this going" He: "It's an affair not a bus"

Just finished - Waiting For The Out ( BBC1 )

Outstanding writing, cast and premise, plus the bulk of it was filmed in and around Liverpool.

The type of drama that the BBC excels at and an early shoe in for the awards.

10/10 and Josh Finan is a superstar in the making.

3 episodes in to this and it's great, can't see how they have made a season out of 6 episodes though as it feels like it is only just starting

Was never a twenty episode show but really got me.

Injustice is one thing, this is another....

Theres a follow up series which actually focuses on the makers themselves and how they produced and edited making a murderer and you the look at the show and Steven Avery in a whole new light - it’s called Convicting a murderer.

Ah, interesting. It did feel like Zellner was coming up with some very fanciful scenarios .
I’m still baffled why the bulket, the main evidence, which was found to have wood and no bone under the microscope was not enough for some sort of retrial

I'll give Lord of the Flies a go, BBC1 from this Sunday. Hope they don't 'BBC hipster’ it, one of my favourite books. Brutal.
