TV Series

Enjoyed Stranger Things. It was what it set out to be, a nostalgia filled show that lent into the 80s vibe, heavily and did what most shows failed to do was end with a resolution that doesn't need any explanation.

Didn't find any drop off in the performances but I would agree there was an issue with the realism. In fact I was talking to a Demagorgon about that exact thing and they were outraged at how they have been portrayed!! The Mind Flayer had no qualms though.

How many TV's have you got? The first season of x-files is pretty good, it was the recycling of ideas and stories and then the snail paced main storyline which killed it. It became a bore and a chore. Occasionally they'd land on something fresh and fun, but intermittent. s01e20 I recall quite vividly.

Just watched it over the last couple of days, thought she might hyperventilate through the whole series and then a huge plot hole, doubt I'll bother with series 2.

The story had real legs, the more it went on the more she just absolutely ruined the show. My fire stick says I’ve watched the 9th episode but I can’t remember anything about it. Same as you pal, don’t think I’ll be back for the 2nd season if it gets one

I was quite disappointed with the finale. Thought the rest of this series was pretty good though.

I got through it all* by committing a week or so to binge watch it. It was clearly put on a pedesal by those who think "drugs are cool and fun" because i cant find any other explanation for why people like it.

*I had to fast forward the parts with his wife and son in because the wife is so ugly and neither of them can act. Plus their voices went right through me.

Watch Gomorrah or Suburra instead if you want to watch a crime series.

It’s so weird the way you constantly rate films and TV shows on how attractive the women in them are. So, so weird. Watch porn if that’s all you care about
