The first series is quite raw, but the second is more polished.

The fella who plays the lead baddie, Ferry Bouman character is very good.

A very bad man, but with a real human side to him too.

I'm partial to a bit of Star Trek and have been re-watching the first season of The Next Generation....Astonishing how it got a second season as it's largely terrible or boring. Got a lot better as Gene Roddenberry's influence/interference fell away in subsequent years.

Been hammering The Sweeney as well. I've a sneaking suspicion I'm not quite keeping up with the cutting edge of TV these days.

I'm about half way through and enjoying it overall but I think the main English guy is a very weird casting decision and he doesn't fit at all for me. It's very jarring
