Interesting, didn’t know about this. It doesn’t seem to have had any negative effect on him in terms of major brands avoiding him as he’s been driving GT cars for Porsche the past few years as well as being one of the faces of their brand.

It had no effect whatsoever. He worked consistently on major films up until he took a break after 2019 (which was probably partly down to the pandemic). Has lots of films in the pipeline now too.

Watched the Reacher series, wasn't too bad, they jumped about in his timeline a little, but not enough to detract, probably setting the scene / his history for any subsequent series

One of the biggest blunders in casting I reckon. I never watched past the first ten minutes of the first film. Not a single moment of the second.
Truly laughable.

I'm with you. It's good harmless non thinking entertainment, and it looks great. Fight scenes were really good last episode. Would I rewatch it next year? Probably not, but that doesn't detract from it.
