Finish 2nd season of the bear, loved it as good if not better than 1st season. Only episode I didn't enjoy was the 'fishes' episode. Other than that a great watch.

2nd season was superb.

Both me and the other half love the show, both of us didn't like the episode. She ended up on her phone, i watched it all but was glad when it was over. I've seen loads saying they loved the episode but it was just noise to me.

Pretty sure Cavill stepped down to concentrate on being Superman in the new DC films. And then James Gunn binned him off as Superman about a month later.

We wrapped up Ozark a few nights ago. Terrific show overall but i do feel a bit had off with the ending TBH.

Just been reading up on it to refresh my memory and while he might have wanted to concentrate on Superman he had apparently disliked the direction of The Witcher show pretty much from the beginning as he is a genuinely massive fan of the books. So sounds like he might have jumped ship regardless and the Superman thing was just unfortunate timing.

He stepped down to develop/produce and star in tv shows/films based on Warhammer stuff which he apparently has loved for years.

I had a shot with him and he made us toast the Navy Seals. I was like “oh why has something happened today?”. And he just said no, he just really respects the Navy Seals. Fair enough I guess but it was odd. Maybe Navy Seals is the name of some fantasy book series that I’m not aware of.
