Gonna binge the season of House of Cards over the weekend.

Also, only 2 weeks 'til Season 2 of Daredevil!
If it is only half as good as the first season, it will still be ace.

Just a pity it looks like there's no 'Kingpin' for this series. Really liked his character in the 1st. Just hope the main villains have the same complexity.

Also the guy who played Shane on the Walking Dead is cast as 'The Punisher'

I'm booking 3 days off, from the partner, to smash this. I honestly can't wait. Villain wise, it's going to be interesting, as the two reported 'big bads' will be Electra and The Punisher, but in their own right, they're 'good'. Anti-heroes some pc chumps would say. Bernthal is almost perfect casting as Frank Castle too, I just hope they do right by the character. (looking at you Thomas Jane).

Kingpin will be in it, in some capacity (Flashbacks or cameo).

Saw final season of damages last night which was far better than season 4.

Ending was daft though...whaf a disappointment.
 
Watched the last episode of Man In The High Castle last night. Very impressive adaptation, complex and intriguing with a strong cast that hit the ground running, excellent production values and the balls to take its time. I wasn't expecting great things when I heard Amazon were taking this on but they've done a brilliant job, honoring the novel but using it as a jumping off point to create an arguably more successful realisation of this alternate history.

Spot on mate. It was some really small things that got me too, like the scene where the double agent asked a country Sheriff what the weird ash falling from the sky was and he casually replied that it was from the dead bodies of disabled people that were being burnt in a nearby incinerator. Where she finds the mass grave with her sister and family in, after being tipped off by the Japanese Minster. Stayed with me for days after.

I really hope they do a follow up.

There's definitely going to be a second season mate, it's been a massive hit apparently.
