Mare of Easttown was pretty underwhelming imo. Found the story and characters quite forgettable

I think it was 2 episodes too long. Was good then died off. As soon as that bizzie got popped in the head it sort of went crap.

Watched an anime called Eden tonight on Netflix. Only 4 eps long, really beautifully done.

Just finished Mare of Easttown. Seemed heavily inspired by the brilliant Forbrydelsen/The Killing, but nowhere near as good imo.

I’d say so. Covering old ground this episode but worth a watch.

I just finished the last episode and I enjoyed the series. The episodes in the middle, maybe 3,4 and 5 were probably the best but I think it was pretty good overall. Good characters always make good TV as much as the plot lines.

Just read yesterday that Jupiter's Legacy hasn't been renewed for a second season haha. Ah well..

Anyone else watched that Norwegian series Ragnarok? basically an Erin Brockovich-esque story of little guy vs corporate baddies with a norse mythology twist. It's actually quite good!

I really liked the Detective Zabel character.

It also took me like into the second episode to realise that Kate Winslet's ex in the show with the beard was Roy from the office lol

surprised at that. Took a while to get going but was decent in the end. Probably over saturated with super hero stuff
