Turkish Flatbread

I tried pita but it just falls to bits when I'm stuffing it.
I use pitta like @roydo. Have you tried making your own?

500g flour
40mls olive oil
360mls water
7g yeast
7g salt

Mix like buggery, knead like buggery, let rise for one hour, cut to size and roll out as flat as you can, and cook as hot as you can for 15-20 mins on a tray. Let cool and enjoy.
