Boring, snore, zzzzz, YET another international break. Anyone care about them? Not me, no.

So, with no Everton this weekend, let have a Saturday morning look at another Everton great. Trevor Steven today. A member of the great '80's side, the right winger (not politically FFS) provided crosses that set up many goals, often finding the head of Andy Gray, even providing the cross for his goal in the '84 final (the one that media bores describe as "controversial" with no justification).

Sadly one of those to move on for European football (bah), but let's leave that there today. Let's instead look at a massively skilful player.

The chap is on Twitter too, for those inclined, often talking of the blues - @TrevorSteven63

The most perfectly balanced player it has been my pleasure to see in the royal blue,in particular his first two seasons he seemingly glided past opponents at will,i always felt "Mr negative" at England don Howe took this out of his game when he was called up and he became a "safer" player, total joke of a fee we got from rangers when he left in comparison to the media darling waddle imho.

That's mainly why I had no problem with the moaning from Rangers when we took Jelavic and Naismth for almost literally nothing.

As good as anybody that ever played for Everton.

Loved him, that goal against Bayern wow, when he went through you just knew, even though we were all thinking please please please score, you just knew he would.
I think he missed a chance just before it too, he was never going to miss twice.
Boss player was tricky.

Kevin Sheedy says, hello :bye:
