Going from Paris so just flying. I wanted to do an overnight train but again got outvoted which seems to be a common theme.

Their locations, website (and overall existence) are hilarious to me honestly. I've never been as I'm a sane-ish human being but open their page occasionally to feel better about my own ex-Soviet childhood.

Just a chillin trip. Part of my family are Swedish so I have been over there many times, though first ever time to Stockholm.

Sigtuna is worth a visit if you've never been. About an hour north of Stockholm as I remember. Touristy granted, but nowhere near as bad as Gamla Stan. This time of year should be pretty quiet from the tourist horde.

Been to Sunderland today as it happens. I thought Newcastle had plunged downmarket until I wandered down Fawcett St which used to be the main shopping drag. Roller shutter manufacturers doing well though to be fair.
