Because when we played 442 wewere overrun in midfield. Under Benitez when we stayed deep we could not score. In fact we are rubbish no matter what the formation.

I personally put all goals down to completely inept defending. Playing a right back at left back no matter whether he is performing in training isn't smart. Continually playing keane when he is consistently the biggest weak link in the defence is mystifying. Just so deflated, i feel sorry for those who have made their way down to watch it at least I'm warm and can look away and turn the sound down.
