Tottenham Hotspur

I don’t know whether Richarlison is roundly liked or not by the Spurs fanbase, but he was an absolute warrior for us during our relegation battles

They have someone who is going to fight to his last breath for them there, so they should let him off the leash and make him a leader
Him and Tel were are only players battling on Sunday - I would be amazed if he doesn’t start tonight.

I’m here, been worried for a while, but like most just can’t see us going down. Maybe it is arrogance and the fall will be tougher for me, but I just don’t think we’re a relegation club and I expect us to pull something out and stay up - bit like you guys did.

I knew West Ham would drop, they have form for this, they turn it on as soon as it gets scrappy. Tonight is huge - I’m backing us for a 2-1 win
This will be bookmarked.

The two A’s, arrogance end apathy, will sink a side in this situation

We thankfully managed to get beyond that here, although it took some of our support longer than it should have done, and it led to us creating a bear pit atmosphere that helped us over the line

If the Spurs support doesn’t play their part then the club is in real trouble
They will find that in short supply. The fans have thoroughly had enough. The owners are despised for being so ridiculously incompetent - they were patting themselves on the back in January for not making any panic purchases - because that’s worked out well.

There is no affinity with the manager and there is active dislike towards a lot of our squad.

Our away fans were amazing Sunday, the players responded by doing absolutely nothing until Richy and Tel came on. Some terrible attitudes amongst our squad.

Will be interesting to see what the crowd is like tonight - certainly won’t be a sell out. Not many day trippers for Palace on a Thursday night either.

You’re going to need the bear pit mate

Without it, I’m going to worry for you

We hated our ownership (and probably a few of the players) but you have to put that aside when it’s crunch time

We backed the players 100% in our Big Crunch game at the end of the 2022/23 season and then chanted “sack the board” once survival was achieved

If you guys want out of this in one piece then you’ve got to do the business as a fan base

It’s the only way

The fans will absolutely respond if they see the players fighting. The players have to now realise they are in a scrap and start playing appropriately.

Last season lulled them into a false sense of security. Champions League qualification gave them an air of arrogance. Last night should be the bump back to earth - we will see tonight though

Shouldn’t have to rely on the day trippers to fill your stadium in crunch games like this.
It’s a difficult sell.

£60 to go and watch us flounder against Palace or £45 to watch us play Atletico Madrid in a couple of weeks.

This juxtaposition is half the problem - we finished 4th in the Champions league table losing only 1 away to PSG - won all of our home games. Yet 2 Prem home wins all season.

Atletico should be the real crunch game

100%

You have to give your all. Make every player feel 10 foot tall and unstoppable. Make every opposition player want to be elsewhere because the normally plodding plank they're up against is now playing like a prime Zidane or Messi.

It's the only way.

should athleti game matter though ? If spurs lose tonight it’s a club with a real chance of going down , a run in the CL is lucrative but it feels incredibly unlikely they’ll win it but relegation that’s another matter .

Said it earlier it feels like spurs and the fanbase seem to think they aren’t going down , speaking as someone who’s been through this more than once that’s just so dangerous .
