Basel first team were just sumptuous last night. Pace, Power, Intelligence and played with a high temp of a prem league side. Apart from Bale those injurys to the spurs team came becuase spurs chased shadows and the ball all night. Moyes got lucky with that Basel performance last night as it made spurs work hard all night and left doubts for the return match.

I would love the front 3 of the basel team in our squad. Anyway, it remains to be seen if the spurs side will be leggy on sunday or if there fresh squad repalacments will outshine us.

Just because you don't mean it in a racist manner doesn't mean it's okay, no more than it's okay to say a black person looks like a monkey. The word and character is rooted in racism, he described a black guy with an afro as looking like one. And being offended by racism is not getting on a 'high horse', it's common decency.
