Apart from the chance immediately after our goal, not really.

You resorted to shooting from range and your crosses were all handled well by Howard.

Very unhowardlike

I can't remember a game when both Coleman and Baines were so poor. Very disappointing, especially when we needed them to step it up in the biggest match of the season.

apologies for not reading the thread, it's 99 pages long FFS but generally agree with the consensus. Obviously a cracking performance, MOM - Victor (well done Son) .. 2 terrible substitutions tactically. Yes, Barkley should have come off but not sure if Jelavic was the solution as it meant Ossie dropping back into a conventional 4 man midfield when he was clearly flourishing in a more advanced role (which I think is his best position) .. was Oviedo on the bench ? if so bring him on instead .. his pace cold have helped managing Walker. If another striker then why not Vellios, we profited from harassing the Spurs central duo, Jelavic tries hard but seems to be increasingly ineffective. I understand the nursing Mirallas bit and yes pull him off, if you're not already played Oviedo then HItz into midfield is a decent call or why not blood a youngster with a bit of pace ? Spurs did.

As well you didnt, Ossie was getting ripped a new one on here at half time. Thought he was fairly awful yesterday myself.

Fair enough, it just seemed to me that our equaliser was on the cards for the last 25-30mins.

Honestly mate, I thought your only big threat was that right hand side, which eventually told. We had sat back but looked comfortable and always had a decent break in us.

True, Walker did seem to have the measure of Baines who probably had one of his worst games against us. We did hit the bar at some stage but i cant actually recall the sequence of events! As i said earlier, on balance i think a draw was a fair result.
