Right because a pitch invasion is why 96 people died, not poor policing and crowd control. The fencing could of still been intact and those fans wouldn't of died if David Duckenfield and the higher up bobbies realized the central pens were full by 2:45 and sealed off that tunnel to the central pens and posted police there and instructing LFC fans to go to the empty side pens.
