Howard cost us and RM about 12 points last season but did well for most years tbf Hibbert was a championship player at best one of the worst right backs I've seen play for us, alright in the tackle but absolutely clueless in all other areas of the game don't know what he has done now to deserve this attention

That's hyperbole mate, I never understand it when it comes to Hibbert he had his limits, but achieved a lot at Everton in the context.

He served to the best of his ability, some of our squad now will do well to be part of a squad that qualifies for the CL, Cup Finals and amount of Apperances in Europe. He served for a long time to the best of his ability, but his tine was up. How that is communicated I think is the key point.

Hibbert will always have his detractors, seems like the popular thing to do.
