Tony Hibbert has been ruled out for four weeks with a hernia problem.

The Everton defender is set to have an operation this weekend.

Including Saturday's Goodison clash with Manchester City, his rehabilitation means Hibbert is likely to miss the forthcoming games against Sunderland, Wigan, Liverpool and possibly Chelsea.

If all goes according to plan, the right-back could return for the home game against Manchester United on 20th February.

Strange to sell Neill if this is so.........

Neill gone so I can see Neville playing at CB soon despite the fact that he's totally ineffective there. Maybe Coleman will now say, " Hangon gaffer..who's the RB now? Me I hope "

I honestly believe behind the scenes sorting out all the transfers and goings on in the club there are Monkeys being injected with that serum from Gremlins 2 that can make them dead intelligent....but its not working. But we've spent a lot of money on that serum so we havent sacked em yet. Also due to working policies and dismissal acts the club cant get rid of them anyway so they have to let them carry on doing their jobs.

1st in the world to do this by the way. I think the RS have started doing it but have kept it quiet.

100% FACT!

explains alot

Obviously I'm not happy that he's injured, I would never want a footballer to be injured. I'm just glad he's unavailable for a bit and it might force Moyes into making a good tactical decision like has happened in the past.
