Meaning congressional districts can and are carved out to sway a states' leanings. North Carolina would be a good example @RAFUH
Generally, Maryland (check out the 3rd congressional district) and North Carolina are considered the worst for gerrymandering. Democrats benefit from the former and Republicans the latterCould you elaborate on that a bit? Which body is responsible for carving out congressional districts? And which party benefits from this sort of delineation in North Carolina?

Over the past 20 years Vice Presidents have had an increasing responsibility on how the government has been run with growing impact in both domestic and foreign policies - doesn't it make sense that the voters get a better look at them?
And that is even before you take into account that 4 of the past 43 presidents have been assasinated, several more have had attempts on their life and given their age both Trump and Clinton are more likely to have a medical issue.
