because he's probably only here for the short term, i have a feeling he won't worry too much about developing youth, he sees them in training all the time let's not forget.
He also see's the players he selects tells the coaches to set up a game !

We will never be a top four club if we use our youth players regularly. Only exceptional world class potential quality youth should be used and we don't have any at this time. We need to be buying proven quality not using premier league matches as training sessions for our youth.

If a fellow cannot read a post from another fellow on a blooming internet message board without it sending him doolally he ought to take up some other pass time
There's that and the bloody 'Show Ignored Content' button that is like 'must see the train wreck'.
