The thing he and Lundstram have in common is both stayed at Everton well beyond the point it was clear they weren't good enough, at least Lundstram actually left though. Quite telling that he talks about Davies against their U23s a system he's not played against in about 6 years, shows how well thought of a player is when you can only recall them doing something 6 years ago, much like how we can all only recall his City goal which was again around that same time period.

Stick a decimal point in the middle and we're still not getting it for Tom Davies with 6 months left on his contract. I'm not really sure why we're bothering when there's two midfielders out injured.
