The echo is crap usually..this is just a great interview. love it - his mentality and play will 100% improve. He's a late developer, just like DCL. In 2 years he'll only be 25. Imagine if he's pushing for the Doucoure position at that time - that's fine. And until then keeps playing in th cups and Europa next year of course

In 2 years he'll be 24.
Hes not really a late developer, he's been highly regarded for years but constantly changing coaching staff has probably knocked him back.
He hasn't kicked on as we'd hoped from the 17/18 Yr old that burst on the scene but hopefully now we've got a proper manager in charge he can continue to improve and be a valuable squad member.
Also be nice to see the same people who hated DCL eat their words again.
