it’s mad what happens when a young player gets time, stability and a proper manager.

His touch, positioning and confidence are worlds different than a season ago. IF we are in Europe next season, I can see him starting at the base of our midfield as we rotate Allan/Doucore

Surely has to be a 3 of Doucoure, Allan & Davies going forward?

Siggurdsson is fine off the bench to see a game out and James has more room out on the right but it makes such a big difference if we have 3x midfielders who can actually press, get about the pitch and throw a tackle in.

Liverpools success of recent seasons has been that - the moment they threw a tippy tappy "baller" in the middle like Thiago its fallen apart for them.

I think so but would be harsh to move Davies out of the Allan role and into the Gomes/Sigurdsson one given how well he's performing there.

Would like to see Allan in there tbh - saw glimpses against Leeds at home when he had room to get forward he's not just a destroyer type he's actually a good carrier of the ball forward think Davies and Doucoure sitting with Allan slightly ahead pressing high would do well for us.

Alternatively Doucoure pushed forward slightly more and given licence to bomb forward and get in the box.

None is my answer. He is good enough player but for the lofty ambitions of Farad Everton need an upgrade

He's arguably now keeping Allan out the side. Which 2 months ago any suggestion that would have been the case would have been the ravings of a madman.

allan will come in for Gomes, with decoure, Allan and Davies in the team, James can strolled around and be majestic to feed Richy/DCL into slot heaven

Sigurdsson has been made captain aswell. Enough said.
He was poor. Cut the crap. Its fine to admit he might have taken his eye off the ball, no pun intended.
But im not arsed. If hes getting it together then it only benefits the team.

Amazing football many were saying he's done ,time patience and guidance and look now he looked the deal with the right people around this can happen made up for him, especially being a local lad

I don’t like Docuoure in a three, he seems to struggle on that inside right channel. In a deep 2 he looks completely different.
