Like to think with more quality and consistency around him he might look a better player....if not

Get him out on loan to a championship side with guaranteed game time and a recall clause. Needs to build himself up and start influencing games on a regular basis, if he can't do that in the Championship then he has no place here.

If he can do that in the Championship, he also has no place here. He has a place in the Championship.

He needs a move down here, he would love all the designer boutiques in the lanes of Brighton and his dress sense would probably be considered quite mild by Brighton standards, and he could skateboard along Marine Parade till his hearts content.
