His performances at Chelsea this season shouldn't be used as any sort of indicator. He was in and out the team and couldn't get any sort of form going.

If he's in a fluid front line that gives him the opportunity to interchange then there's no reason why he can't flourish at United.

The game was there for the taking in the first half for United. For the reason you've just said, Bayern were set up wrong with the wrong mindset.

If Moyes had some bottle and went for it, it could have been a very different outcome. But then, he wouldn't be Moyes if he had.

Guess that depends on who they bring in during the summer. A quality central midfielder who can actually supply passes to the likes of Mata is an absolute must for them.

He's a class act who offers goals/assists and can be fantastic for United over the coming years. Obviously they need to find a system that gets the best out of them, but quality footballers generally play well together.
