Ok, I'm going to get involved, luck must exist, look at the rs. 3 penalties at old Trafford, that is lucky. Winning the lottery is lucky, being in the right place at the right time which rewards you.

Not for me.
They got their penos due to a number of actual tangible reasons. Rafael's handball. Sh*te defending. And questionable reffing. That's not luck. That's actual reasons.
Would you say they were unlucky to not get the 4th Peno when Sturridge was definitely fouled? Of course not.
As for the lottery. If it's luck to won it, is it unlucky to not win it each week? There's just as much chance.

But the luck was when Rafael handball, and a ref making a mistake when giving the 3rd pen, that is luck for Liverpool. The lads in one direction are very lucky lads, they could have been anyone.

Maybe Cardiff made a mistake in signing Ole as the manager who has no experience in this league as a manager. Too much, Too soon. Look at Palace, they went and got an experience premiership manager in.
