Today's football.

the games picked for TV this weekend are a joke btw. city, chelsea and RS all with easy wins you'd expect against mid to lower-mid table teams.

why not have games like norwich vs WBA or cardiff v palace, much more interesting for the viewer.

Yep, though hopefully the Football League docks them a huge number of points given the way them (and QPR) have basically driven a thousand horse and a hundred coaches through FFP.

Well they took a gamble and it paid off, good luck to them.

Leicester are understood to have been one of the clubs instructing the solicitors Brabners to ask for substantial changes to be made to the FFP rules backed by a threat of legal action. The rules were approved by an overwhelming majority of Championship clubs in 2012, and limit losses in the current year to £8m.
Clubs losing more than £8m in 2013-14 face a transfer embargo, enforceable from January 2015, or if they have won promotion to the Premier League at the end of this season, a fine proportionate to the amount they lost.

couldn't agree more tbh. no guarantee cardiff would have stayed up with mckay because i've heard every single cardiff fan say they WOULD have stayed up! swansea being the pride (sort of) of wales again this season then and an away right around the corner for me has gone :(

congrats leicester.

I think they would've, but I completely agree there was no gurantee like. I think Tan is trying to be careful though, considering how badly he dealt with the Mackay situation. Just can't believe there hasn't been a mention of him being sack, yet reports were going around of Magath getting the sack after six games haha lol
