One of the worst halves of football I've seen this season. Athletic played absolute dog turd but could be winning. Missed a peno and had a deflected shot tipped over.

I'll be optimistic and say it can only get better in the second half. Couldn't get much worse.

Rodgers is a low feeder manager. Pretending today that there's continuity between the football he had Swansea playing and the up and under stuff he has Liverpool playing.

Also, and while I'm no admirer of Moyes, he basically spat in Moyes face today when he commented on Moyes making Liverpool favourites before the game: "I would never say that at Liverpool, even if we were bottom of the league. Anfield is Anfield."

What sort of desperate [Poor language removed] would want to rub the face of another manager in it when he's struggling to keep his job? The snidey shark faced tit.

You're no Moyes fan but like the man himself had some sense of decency. That's what I respect about him, there is a bullish honesty to him. Brendan sticking the boot in - as all associated with Liverpool - with a total lack of shame

Every time they play it's like watching the diving event at the Olympics

I mean, people talk about that being the "dream" UCL Final. It clearly wouldn't be. It'd be a 120 minute snide fest, followed by a penalty shootout

Don't really care about Celtic or Rangers, probably most people want Rangers to fail in their cup run and I fully understand why, but I can't help but want them to win the thing at Parkhead. It would simply be too funny.
