Back on topic, sort of.
Palace had a fella booked for diving today. Pulis not only apologised to Mike Dean, but made the player do it as well. Fined him as well. Not his greatest fan, but that is just what should be done. Fair play to him.
When will Spurs' bubble burst?
Sherwood is a bloody fraud.
Lazio having a mare of a season. They expected much better, but just aren't getting it done recently. What's the score on that one?Watching Fiorentina vs Lazio to keep an eye on my bet. Very poor teams.
Lazio winning 1-0. Overhead kick in the first 3mins I think. We would batter Fiorentina. They are shocking.Lazio having a mare of a season. They expected much better, but just aren't getting it done recently. What's the score on that one?
well done pulis. must be livid, it was jerome thomas, they'd already been given a pen that wasn't to get a point and thomas was in the box, went around a defender and decided to dive instead of go for glory - the kind of thing suarez does but aguero doesn't - trust your own ability you bunch of melts, you're getting paid tens of thousands of pounds a week and you still feel the need to cheat instead of you ability to win a game.
Indeed, we gave him dogs abuse at the game. His defence, (reasonable I suppose), was that his best outlet was Cameron Jerome so on that basis he thought it better to fall over.
I would say this about the pen though......no one at the ground, including any of the players, was saying that the initial contact was outside the box. Clearly, with the benefit of slow mo and various angle it was....however, at this point I would like to say....."Care?? .....me??"
Dean had a shocker all game anyway so no surprise he got it wrong. Well earned point for us and Pulis is turning into a Palace hero.
Serious point on the diving, after all the fuss about Ashley Youngs triple pike at OT against us, we must be and be seen to be whiter than white and I'm glad of that.
