They've definitely started to perk up since Liverpool have been playing well, it's simply because they have so many more fans than most clubs so they need to sell by pleasing them

Yep and that's why quality strikers are so expensive, they win you so many points.

Did anyone expect Sturridge to be so good? Always looked a talented lad, but I never expected in a million years that he'd be quite so good for Liverpool.

I thought he would. He was Chelsea top goalscorer next to Lampard before he was sold. He had a dip in form then was dropped.

Problem he's had is that he would've never made it at City or Chelsea just because of how they're managed and ran.

If he went to a Arsenal, United, RS he'd flourish.
