There is no chance they will win the title. No way. They had a great result today and fair play to them, but come on, their is no way they will finish above City and Chelsea. Arsenal are the interesting one now. We need to win tomorrow. If we do we are seven behind Arsenal, let's say we beat them in April (we haven't beat them since 2007 like) , that means we need to gain more than five points than them for 4th. We need to go on a Wigan esque end to the season to do it.

Soton will sort them out. At the moment every opposition is getting taken by surprise by the speed with which they are closing down and then moving the ball. Today Wenger's lack of true tactical nous was shown up. Any manager worth his salt would now be making sure when playing at Anfield to play two solid lines in front of the keeper. Both us and Arsenal found themselves repeatedly with their back four facing 3 or more RS forwards, a nightmare given the speed and cleverness of their front 3 and Coutinho. Maybe this bold approach is built upon the self confidence of the respective managers. Can't see Mourinho taking this line.

The way Norwich played City there like a siege - Liverpool will get that treatment at those places when teams are fighting for their lives. Their kick and rush play wont be a lot of help to them then.
This is true. They'll get all those chances at teams that come at them (as we did).

The Sewerat loves playing Norwich, he normally puts 3 or 4 past them......

That same line would apply to your manager when you lost to them.

Anyway gooner in peace, bad result, hate losing to your neighbours, especially with David Brent in charge. They won't win the league, they'll finish 3rd/4th. Most likely the latter. Good luck tomorrow. Young Timmy's 4-4-2 at home should play into your hands.
