Torres is a great player FFS. Hate it when people say he's ****e. Chelsea's system has never suited him. I know he's an ex kopitr but I hate seeing good players struggle and then fickle football fans start going 'he's ****e'. Guaranteed everyone will start saying he's good again because of that goal.

He's been on a downward spiral since 2010 when he was still at Liverpool. This is why they sold him. It was based on the fact he was no longer at his peak but were being offered a fee that still valued him as the player he once was. It was brilliant business by Liverpool. They didn't get lucky that he wasn't the same player anymore - they were aware of that when they sold him. His shot conversion was down, his goals were down, his pace was down.

RS down to 6th now. apparently spurs battered by palace first half. starting to pick up a bit of a run, hopefully they're managers' lack of experience will cost them in the run in. but they have so many flair attacking players and he's just letting them go out their and play. that's all they needed from a coach, no idea why AVB was restricting them considering how much money he spent on those attacking players.

They won the league last year by fecking march, they smashed the second best team in germany twice and they have a front line of van persie, rooney and hernandez.

They've been terrible this year, utterly awful, but that is a better team than either spurs or rs have and it's good for us to have them drop too far behind to possibly catch us if they ever get their act together.
