Jones because he's played a fair bit of football and comes across as reliable.

Adnan due to Uniteds wingers being shocking. Moyes wouldn't trust him in the middle of the park like he didn't trust a lot of our players over the years.

He's 25 now mate so must of been 23 when he established himself. Remember it seemed ages between his unbelievable second half performance against Spurs and him getting played again.
