The goals were comical, like. We'd fume if we let one of those type of goals in come the derby. Liverpool stuck them away well, but Newcastle might as well have just played Sturridge and Henderson in themselves.
Yes, can't argue with that.
WE're 5 points clear, and finished above them last season.
You're without your top striker.
We've kept 5 clean sheets out of our last seven games.
You've won once against a top 5 club all season, which was gifted to you btw.
We've conceded 3 goals once in the league.
There is absolutely no reason to think you'll even beat us, never mind stuff us.

Oh. I didn't know they had an outfield player in goal. Wtf that's all about??
guys i reckon we can get a 0-0 at anfield
can't get my head round that, you seem very confused.
Its saturday night, have and beer and calm down chief![]()
What if we went 1-0 up though ? Early as well ? What would we do then ??
The same as we did today, 70 minutes of back to the wall defending.

they didnt
It's OK mate it was a corner flag apparently.
They didn't, Davek has confused rob elliot the irish keeper with rob elliot the english full back who left newcastle ten years back and retired five years ago.
In the end, despite my hate for LFC, I just had to laugh at the ridiculousness of that game.
LFC have done that all season against rubbish teams, they are flat track bullies. If you let them play, they do. Put up a fight and they invariably wilt.
My biggest disappointment after that game is Wigan are so junk, Newcastle will probably stay up - and convince themselves they are a big club because they finished second a couple of times 15 years ago.
