I realised a few years back that luck was never going to be my friend, that was when Inter were 2-0 up versus Juve and I needed Inter for around 6k from a £2 bet, Juve scored 2 goals in injury time.

Worst betting experience I had was the game where Blackpool got beaten by United and went down. I'd bet on them winning with Charlie Adam scoring the last goal. They were 2-1 up at one point and I was looking at a return of £120. United of course then spoilt it by relegating them.
