So he has apologised, and done so very quickly. Smart move from the club to get this addressed as quickly as possible - perversely it might mean because he has acknowledged his actions that the FA might go easier on him for what I expect will be bringing the game into disrepute and unsporting behaviur charges.
If someone bit you on the street, in the stands, even in your own home it is technically GBH and can carry up to 10 years in clink. Not that it often does mind.

He picked up his tenth booking today and seems to have gotten away with biting a player so I'm reckoning only an 8 game ban now. (I fully realise there is a card amnesty reached last weekend)

Now that challenge by Sturridge where he left his foot up with studs to the leg - always been a nasty piece of work that one...

MEANWHILE IN CROATIA:

Ex-Precko coach Josip Gaspar – "agitated" by press reports of his arrest on charges of stealing a credit card from one of his players and spending £440 in a liquor store on 36 litres of Jägermeister. "This has hurt my image. Yes, I did buy the Jägermeister, but I never knew the card was stolen. A man gave it to me. And if I was going to do such a thing, why would I do it in my local shop? Everyone knows me there."

Very very cleaver from Liverpool

Admit blame, F.A dont need to investigate, Ban starts this week so they wont miss him in more games next season

If they had let the F.A investigate it would have taken weeks

Not really, he is getting the book thrown at him, it's more than a standard ban mate.

Suarez 5/2 for a 4-6 game ban.

I'm tempted to have a nibble.

A lesser sentence for a second offence of biting and bearing in mind his ban for racism? Not even the FA is that inept - 12 games is the minimum he'll get, personally I think it will be 14 and a record fine.
