Mancini really is a terribly average manager who has only achieved the success he has had by spending at will

they've gone so far backwards this season compared to last. he bought a few bench players and sold balotelli with no replacement. why did he buy garcia AND rodwell, just to continue playing barry, surely would have been much better off buying one player to start with both the fees combined
