Can only think they’re prepared to go down and want to commit to multiple years with Kompany. As you say, not a chance they’re staying up.

Think i heard on radio a few days ago that they spent something like 80mil or for this season, which i didnt know and was surprised at, if that was even right. As you may think they would be doing so much better

Can only think they’re prepared to go down and want to commit to multiple years with Kompany. As you say, not a chance they’re staying up.

I think that’s commendable tbh, they absolutely dominated that league last season

I think a Burnley fan came on here a couple of weeks back, basically said they'd signed loads of players by using some kind of scouting system designed by a company Kompany owns and its grim. Basically only trying tk enhance his reputation and not arsed at all in the slightest whether Burnley go down or not.

I don’t think a newly promoted club taking the viewpoint that going down isn’t the end of the world is necessarily wrong. You’re almost certainly going to be around that area and sometimes the breaks won’t go your way. However if you’re taking that viewpoint it should be because you’re intent on developing something that eventually might work and I’d have serious questions about that for Burnley currently.

I don't expect anything tomorrow but I'm not worried at all as I know we are better than at least 5 or 6 teams down the bottom end. Luton have won 2 in 2 but that's an outlier... I don't see them doing it again this season nor Burnley or Sheff Utd.
