To be fair, Richy hasn’t ever figured out how to use himself, either.

He’s always wanted to play through the middle himself - even though as you say, he’s far more effective on the left.

He’s far more effective because his rate of scoring is the same which is acceptable for someone playing wide, but he doesn’t do any of the other parts of the game in possession a wide player needs to do which is why Spurs don’t want him out there.

There is no good answer because he’s an incomplete player.
