Tonight's was worse - basically what they've said with that decision is that as long as you were going for the ball, it doesn't matter if you miss it by miles and take out the player.

We can expect about 3 penalties to be awarded between now and the end of the season, it seems.

The next manager who is on the wrong end of one of those decisions should just take his team off - its already massively unfair due to the finances, but when the big teams are getting that sort of decision as well there is no point in allowing a game to continue.

Yes, it would damage the league but it needs to be damaged. That decision was perverse.
