That was a great performance by spurs. Reckon that might be the end of their purple patch though... losing two centre defenders for the next 3 weeks. Squad is good but not enough to stay in pole position with injuries

Chatting to my mate half time, he’s a huge spurs fan, said then that spurs were playing too high a line and all Chelsea had to do was be patient and the gaps would be there to exploit with pace… even with 11 men spurs were getting opened up time and time again with the ball in behind. Sterling was having a field day first half.

We did exactly that against Spurs last season. Down to ten and a goal down and we went at them until we equalised.

Ultimately though however Ange has approached this they’ve lost 4-1, got two players sent off and suspended, and lost two of their key players to injury. That’s pretty much peak Everton that right there.

This is the cold hard fact. People praising Spurs for being brave when in reality it's led to a hat trick for one of the worst strikers in the league. It wasn't brave it was caused by two knobheads flying in with stupid challenges and putting their side under immense pressure.
