why dont they just do offside based on where your feet are ? seems so stupid that its offside if your elbow or whatever is ahead of them.

Scrap offside all together. Way too complicated and the game would be so much fun

Has to be part of the body that can score a goal, so an elbow wouldn’t matter. I like the idea of any part of the body being in line with the defender then it’s not offside as an alternative.
