Don't think they're duds, just not at the PL "elite" level, for expectations or football. Similar how Moyes is great in a midtable team but was atrocious for utd himself.

True, but I've got this be in my bonnet over the theory that Dutch = Good. A legacy of Cruyff and Co from the seventies and eighties. Ffs we got the biggest imposter of all who arguably is one of the reasons we are in the predicament we find ourselves in at present.
Other than Guus Hiddink no other Dutch managers have been a success in the PL.
