So chanting something inflammatory is a ban for inciting crowd violence, so is over-celebration, so is flags and banners that are provocative, so is misbehaviour on the pitch and in the stands.
But awarding the home team a penalty on 95 mins and then rescinding it based on a blurry video freeze frame, enraging an entire stadium full of people who youve already enraged due to not using the same video review system for the other team's penalty, is absolutely.fine.

They should give a penalty they think is not one to please home fans?
